CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. — A military judge dismissed charges Tuesday

of 24 Iraqis

Has anyone seen or heard form Murtha yet?

Jack Murtha has yet to be subpoenaed to testify before any of the hearings regarding his original statement that “these Marines killed innocent civilians in cold blood.” He gave as his original source “a high ranking Pentagon official.” Could this “high ranking official” be a Marine of General rank ? It is my hope that SSgt Wuterich’s attorney will subpoena Murtha to testify as to his original sources. This would be the only way to get this crook removed from office. Due to pork and earmark spending, his constituents would re-elect him even if he murdered his own mother.
