Mayfield Wins Challnge To the Patriot Act

A U.S. District Court judge in Oregon has ruled in favor of Portland attorney Brandon Mayfield’s challenge to the Patriot Act.

Turns out the U.S. District Court Judge Ann Aiken is a clinton  appointee and worked for Kulongoski for Governor in 1982.
